At Sovellea Home LLC, checkout is simple. We accept payment using three secure wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Select the wallet that appears on your device. Confirm the payment there, and your order is placed instantly. No extra steps are needed.
How Checkout Works
First, visit the shop and add the items you want. Continue the checkout process by entering your billing and shipping details. On the payment step, you will see Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or Amazon Pay if your device supports them. Select your preferred wallet. Confirm the transaction within that system, and you will complete your order. We will email you your Order ID for shipping and refund questions.
Which payment options show depends on your device and browser. Apple Pay appears on supported Apple devices. Google Pay usually shows up when you use a Google account. Amazon Pay appears when you can sign in with your Amazon account. If a wallet does not appear, simply use one of the others that are available. If none work, try a different browser or device. Please contact us before leaving checkout.
1. Apple Pay
Select Apple Pay when it is available. Confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your order is placed immediately upon confirmation. Keep your Order ID from the confirmation email for future reference.
If Apple Pay is not available on your device, please use Google Pay or Amazon Pay instead.
2. Google Pay
Choose Google Pay when it appears at checkout. Complete the payment on your device. Your order will be placed immediately upon confirmation. Availability depends on your browser and Google account setup. The charged amount will be the exact total of your order in USD.
If Google Pay does not appear, please use Apple Pay or Amazon Pay.
3. Amazon Pay
Choose Amazon Pay when it is available. Sign in with your Amazon account if prompted. Confirm the payment details and place your order. Payment is complete the moment you confirm. The charged amount matches the USD total shown on our checkout screen.
For shipping and support with Sovellea, use the Order ID from your confirmation email. This is your store Order ID, not a marketplace number from Amazon. If Amazon Pay is unavailable, please use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Currency, Totals, and Refunds
Every price, shipping charge, and tax on https://sovelleahome.online/ is in USD. We charge the total amount shown on checkout. You finalize the payment using the wallet you selected on that screen. An incomplete confirmation means your order was not successfully placed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment wallet you used. An Apple Pay refund uses Apple Pay. A Google Pay refund uses Google Pay. An Amazon Pay refund uses Amazon Pay. Please allow 7–10 business days after we approve the refund for the funds to appear. Review our refund and return policy for details on return windows and unused item rules.
If Something Goes Wrong
If a payment wallet button is missing, do not try to place the order multiple times. Switch to another available wallet or try a different browser. Place the order once. If your checkout fails, check your email first. You may already have an Order ID and a completed payment.
If you confirmed a payment but did not receive a confirmation, email us the Order ID, the wallet you used (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay), and the date. Do not send wallet login details via email. If you are still unsure, please contact us first.
The only accepted payment methods on this storefront are Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay at checkout. Please do not send payment information outside of the checkout screen.
