4. How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and complete checkout with a United States shipping address. You can pay using Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay when those options appear.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to addresses in the United States.
6. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they leave our warehouse, depending on your location.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow your package.
8. Can I cancel an order after I place it?
If it has not shipped, contact us within 24 hours at luyen.amz97@gmail.com or 344-328-547. We will attempt to cancel it. Once it is on its way, please use our return process.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition. Read the full refund and return policy before shipping.
13. How do I start a return?
Email luyen.amz97@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the next steps. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
14. When will I receive my refund?
After we inspect the return, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days of accepting the item.
